Your Visit

  • Prior to your visit, please have the new patient forms completed. The forms should've been sent to you directly, but you can also find them here.

    Forms

  • During your first visit, you can expect x-rays, a full comprehensive exam, and cleaning. This process usually takes about 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on your needs.

Insurance

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we only accept most PPO plans. Please see our insurance page for a list of accepted insurances.

Whitening

  • We offer in-office Philips Zoom Whitening ($550) that uses 25% hydrogen peroxide and is activated by blue plasma light (also known as a Zoom light). This simple, non-invasive procedure is only done in-office and usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour.

  • To provide the best care, Dr. Daniel would need to perform an oral exam and cleaning prior to the visit to make sure your oral health is in top notch shape!

  • For the best results, for at least two days, we recommend completely avoiding tobacco products and certain foods/drinks known to stain teeth, including tea, coffee, spaghetti, pizza - all the good stuff. Last but not least, regular brushing and flossing will be your best protection to prevent stains from forming!
